Create a Donation Form, or add a Donation option to an Event, Registration, or Sales Form with our easy-to-use Tools in a few simple steps. No merchant account or website required. Create a Donation Form

1 - Select Create a Form link at top of page and click Get Started.
	2 - On the "Choose Template" page select Donations/Surveys/Questionnaires and Donation Form. Click Continue.
3 - Describe your Organization -- you'll be prompted to answer a few painless questions.
	4 - On the "Review Page" in the Donation to Organization module enter your question text and an optional suggested amount. Click Save. It is now part of your form! See an example.

Add a Donation Field to Registration, Event or Sales Forms

1 - Select the Create a Form link and hit Get Started.
	2 - On the "Choose a Template" page select the type of registration or event.
3 - Describe your Organization -- you'll be prompted to answer a few painless questions.
	4 - On the "Review Page" in the Additional Donation module enter your question text and an optional suggested amount. Click Save. It is now part of your form!
