The track is located behind the High School. Enter off James Street by the Tennis Courts. The Football Grandstand is visible from James Street.
About This Event
8k Run distance this year along with our 2 mile run and walk beginning on the Silverton High School Track. With an Olympic style finish on the track. Scenic, flat and very fast, the 8K course features the only original covered bridge
in Marion County.
Watermelon slices and Mexican pastries are served at the finish. Afterwards, enjoy the Homer Davenport Day festivities or visit The Oregon Garden.

14-under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-up
Awards
Ribbons will be presented to the top 3
runners in each age group category.
Ribbons will go to the top 10 runners in
the 2 mile run. The overall male and
female winners and master winners will
receive trophies. All runners are eligible
for great local prizes — drawing
winners posted after the run.

exhibits, a vintage car show, live music and
many other activities. Most of the Homer
Davenport Days activities are held in Coolidge-
McClaine Park in downtown Silverton.
