Race Timing
The Cougar 5K will utilize the new chip timing system known as Chronotrack B-Tag. B-Tags will give quick and accurate timing results. This chip is a disposable timing tag that runners receive at packet pickup on their race bibs. It is lightweight and remains attached to the bib. Participants must wear their bibs on the front of their clothing in order to be timed accurately. Be sure not to bend the race bib prior to using because it could damage the chip. Their is no post race tag turn-in or fee for lost or returned. Race results will be based on chip start and chip finish.
