Due to an unprecedented and overwhelming spike in registrations, online registration is now closed. Late registration is available at packet pickup on Friday, March 16, from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, March 17, from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. in the East Grand Rapids High School gymnasium. Shirts will not be available to late registrants, so $10 will be deducted from late registration fees. At 10 a.m. on race day, if any shirts are leftover, they will go on sale for $10 each at the information desk in the gymnasium.

Timing is provided by Classic Race Management using ChronoTrack System's “B-tag” disposable timing chips. Results will be posted in the gym after the races and later that day at www.spectrumhealth.org/irishjig and classicrace.com.
The Irish Jig shirt is a long sleeve, moisture wicking T-shirt. At packet pickup, a shirt will be given to 3,500 preregistered participants on a first come basis. Sizes are not guaranteed. If fewer than 3,500 runners pre-register, the remaining shirts will be available to late registrants during packet pickup time. Shirts will be available in sizes small to 3XL.

• Walking the course is allowed, but participants must complete the route within 45 minutes

Waiver and Release
I know that running a road race is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and run unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the run. I assume all risks associated with running in this event including but not limited to injury resulting from falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including icy conditions/extreme cold, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act in my behalf, waive and release the Spectrum Health Irish Jig, the city of East Grand Rapids, Spectrum Health and its affiliates and all other sponsors, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event. I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use any photographs, motion pictures, recordings, or any other record of this event for any purpose. The event director has the right to cancel this event in case of severe weather. Registration fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
