About This Event
The USATF New England cross country championships is open to all eligible runners age 16 and over.
The meet is followed by the NCAA Divison II New England Region National Qualifying meet; stick around and cheer on the collegians.

Parking is limited. Clubs with five or more entrants may request one pass to allow parking inside Valley Gates along the start/finish parking lot; this can serve as your team "headquarters" and allow a nearby bag storage area.
Please consider car pooling as parking is very limited.
The Course
Races start and finish at Playstead Field near White Stadium at the entrance to the Zoo. The Franklin Park course is 99% grass and dirt with excellent footing. This is the same course used since 1995.
Limited to USATF New England Individual Members and Member Clubs only.

Championship medals to top placers in Open, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ divisions. Additional awards, including a possible trip, may be available to open race winners (some eligibility restrictions).

Open Men and Women: $125 / $100 / $75
40+ Men and Women: $75 / $50
50+ Men and Women: $50
60+ Men and Women: $25
Team Scoring
Team scoring is by place.

Open Men's and Women's teams: Top five finishers
Men's 40+ and 50+ teams: Top five finishers
Men’s 60+ and Women’s 40+, 50+, 60+ teams: Top three finishers

All unattached and non-New England runners will be removed from the order of finish for the purpose of team scoring.
Entry Fees
Through November 4 - $15 per entrant.
Teams entering 5 or more together - separate men's and women's teams - may deduct $2 per individual

November 5 and later, and day of event - $20 per entrant, no team discount.

USATF Membership
All participants must have valid 2009 or 2010 USATF membership, equivalent foreign federation membership, or be an eligible college student entered by their school.
2010 USATF membership may be obtained online as of November 1.
For the membership to be good for all of 2010 as well, wait until November 1.
Membership is also available on site.
The fee is $30.

10:50 a.m. Women’s Open and Masters 6K
11:30 a.m. Men’s Open 10K

** The meet is followed by the NCAA Div. II National Qualifier at 1:30 p.m.

In exchange for acceptance of this entry, I for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby release any rights and claims for damages I may have against USATF, USATF-New England, the City of Boston, and any and all sponsors and individuals involved with the presentation and conduct of the USATF-NE Cross Country Championships. I hereby attest that I have full knowledge of the risk involved in running in this race, and I am physically fit and sufficiently trained to participate in this race. No one may run with a dog, nor may any runner wear headphones.
