In addition to promoting statewide comprehensive domestic violence services, ICADV also offers technical assistance and training to coalition members, houses an extensive resource library, operates a statewide 24-hour toll-free crisis line and provides legal assistance to low-income victims of domestic violence. To achieve our mission, ICADV collaborates with numerous state and local agencies, including all of the Indiana domestic violence shelters.
