Commitment: 12 weeks (offered spring, summer, and fall)

We offer a proven approach to training that gets you on the road to fitness safely and effectively. By providing an encouraging, welcoming and safe environment you can feel confident knowing this entire program is designed to help you move off the couch and on the road to your first 5K.

Current fitness level:

No Boundaries I: beginner; able to walk briskly for 30 minutes
Learn to run or run/walk a 5k in a very gradual manner by running intervals that will increase in run time and decrease in walk time over the duration of the program. It offers pace groups for various abilities with support, motivation and encouragement from seasoned coaches.

No Boundaries II: advanced beginner; participated in No Boundaries I or able to run for 5 minutes and run/walk a 5k (3.1 miles)
Improve your 5K time with No Boundaries II. This program was born off the success and advancement of our No Boundaries graduates. It offers pace groups for runners and run/walkers, and provides the same support, motivation and encouragement that No Boundaries is famous for. Picks up where No Boundaries I leaves off.

Class Format: Two weekly organized and coached training runs, an organized and coached Saturday honor run, weekly motivational and educational e-mail, weekly handouts on training topics, daily training schedule, educational clinics, a special No Boundaries technical shirt, a goal event, after program party and more.

Weekly Classes:
•Mondays & Wednesdays at 5:50 p.m. — Fleet Feet – KingsPointe
•Tuesdays & Thursdays at 5:45 p.m. — Fleet Feet – Blue Dome
•Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00pm- Faith Lutheran Church in Owasso

Classes begin on Monday, February 3rd, 2014 at the KingsPointe store and Tuesday, February 4th, 2014 at the Blue Dome store and Thursday, February 6th, 2014 in Owasso.

Goal race is the Cinco de Mayo 5k on Friday, May 2nd, 2014 at Veterans Park in Tulsa, OK. The race entry fee is not included in the registration fee.

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the No Boundaries Training Program, its related events and activities, I, the undersigned, acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, and while particular skills, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury or death does exist. I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of the releases or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation.

I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the Company immediately. I understand this Fleet Feet Sports location is an independent licensee of Fleet Feet, Incorporated and independently operates this No Boundaries program.

I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless Fleet Feet Sports Tulsa Inc., New Balance, their agents, employees, coaches, volunteers, officers, directors, franchisors, successors and assigns, the City of Tulsa, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors ("Releasees"), with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property associated with my presence or participation, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I attest that I am in good health and physically capable of participating in the No Boundaries Training Program, and my medical care provider has approved my participation. Further, I hereby release, consent to, and authorize, in advance, any such use of my name, photograph, voice or likeness by the foregoing parties in any manner they deem appropriate and necessary without remuneration to me.


I understand and agree to the waiver and release*
This is to certify that I, as parent/guardian with legal responsibility for this participant, do consent and agree to his/her release as provided above of all the Releasees, and, for myself, my child and our heirs, assigns, and next of kin, I release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any and all liabilities incident to my minor child's involvement or participation in these programs as provided above, even if arising from the negligence of the releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
