Good Form Running Clinic

This clinic will offer guidelines and drills to improve your running form. It is appropriate for runners of all skill levels, from beginning to experienced.

The class meets on Wednesday, November 13 at 6:30 p.m. for a one-hour session on running form. The class will be taught by Jim Gothers, owner of Fleet Feet Menlo Park.

The New Balance Good Form Running curriculum was developed with Olympian Grant Robison. Instruction emphasizes four aspects of good running form: foot strike, posture, cadence, and the forward lean.

Participants will be evaluated on form and given tips and drills for improvement.
